From 12pm-3pm, talented pianist and composer Carl Joseph will be tickling the ivories on the piano in the main COUNTER brasserie, playing favourite tunes to warm, uplift and entertain. A firm favourite of your hosts, Carl has performed at the Royal Albert Hall, V-Festival, several BAFTA ceremonies, The Arts Club, and Sadler’s Wells.

she has also performed at gay destinations across the world.
